I spent most of my youth watching and admiring professional wrestlers. I always dreamed of becoming one and I knew I had to be in tremendous shape to get into the ring, so I got to working out and became fascinated and obsessed with physical fitness. I chased after my dreams and became a professional wrestler for over 15 years, having traveled all over North America.


Being physically fit gave me confidence. It gave me a good physique. I learned discipline and hard work and saw tangible results in the transformation of my body. It allowed me to pursue and live my dream of becoming a professional wrestler and traveling and meeting some of the most genuine and talented people in the world.


In the world of professional wrestling, the men and women are in phenomenal physical shape. The abuse they put their bodies through day in and day out is nothing short of remarkable. To be able to withstand the constant pounding and to get through 12-15 minutes of action every night, wrestlers have to be strong and their cardiovascular system has to be fit.


I was in some of the best shape of my life when I was wrestling. You couldn’t make me tired. I trained my ass off and pushed myself in all of my workouts so that I could do well and survive in the ring. I have designed this program and laid out these workouts so that you too can get into and maintain the best shape of your life.
